Judith Williams
Testimonial from Quality Improvement Agency for Lifelong Learning
"It has been my great pleasure and to my considerable benefit that I have been able to
work with Judith over the period of the past three years. During this time I have been
the chief executive of a two high profile national organisations, creating the current one
from the break-up of the former. This work is challenging and Judith has helped me
enormously in developing my thinking about ways of tackling the tasks of the job.
She is a natural and effective listener, engaging, supportive and challenging as necessary
and a very good reader of people, events and context. Judith is always willing to find
the time to help and to respond to needs. She is considerate, thoughtful and in my
experience builds up a really good relationship with people as a coach - able to find
the right mix of the personal, the professional and the role of impartial observer. I would
be very happy to recommend her for other work of this kind."

Case study and testimonial from Kensington and Chelsea College
Kensington and Chelsea College have been working with Judith Williams as a consultant for
the last 4 years, to support a range of Staff Development, Quality Assurance and
Contract Implementation activities across the college.
Since the successful tender for the OLASS contract in which Judith was involved in both the
bid writing and the pre and post contract planning, Judith has been a key member of
the college's Training and Development team for this contract.
Working very closely with the Director and the senior managers, Judith has developed a range
of training activities and programmes to ensure that the staff inherited from a number
of different providers and are now working to the same objectives, share a clear vision,
and understand the requirements of working in this very complex environment.
Judith has worked with a range of staff groups over the last 18 months and there has been
a noticeable change in both the confidence and understanding of these staff in respect of
their roles and responsibilities and how to manage their staff's needs alongside
the constraints of the prison regime. Staff feedback on all the training activities provided
by Judith has been extremely positive, and this has led to an increase in the uptake of
the training opportunities provided and we have as a result commissioned additional
provision to meet these needs.

Director of OLASS (Offender Learning & Skills Service)
The single biggest benefit for me is the opportunity to talk openly for an hour with someone
I trust and who is totally non judgmental but asks acute and penetrating questions.
