Judith Williams

Judith has updated her teacher training continuously so that she is competent in training, particularly in the learning & skills sector. Recent training events have focused on training for middle managers in the areas of communication skills, handling difficult situations and project management. She brings a range of experience and skills to her training to ensure that participants have opportunities to think creatively. For the past two years she has been involved in delivering training on quality improvement in the post 16 sector. Previous training has included:

• An introduction to Action Learning

• Communicating with purpose

Peter Williams

In the last two years, Peter has delivered training on the following topics:

• Board development
• Mentoring and coaching skills
• Managing creativity
• Third Sector Governance
• Chairing Charity Boards
• Facilitation skills

As well as training delivered directly for clients, Peter has been contracted to run training events through Directory of Social Change, NCVO and some local authorities.
